From Ontario, Klaus is an orange sable pomeranian. Klaus is founder of the Woof the North community and owner of We Woof the North.
Woof the North was initially started as a love letter and labour of love in memory of their beloved pom furbaby Prince.
Klaus was named for his fur-mama’s favourite TV show character and the time of year he came to his forever home.
A dapper yet adventurous orange sable Pomeranian sired by Sonshine Pomeranian’s Canadian Grand Champion Chip Off the Old Block, Klaus was originally raised for show, but quickly realized modelling was more his style.
Klaus has a compelling presence and calm demeanour that has proved him well in professional modelling environments.
His earliest professional shoot was at 9 months old with Anthony Rubio, an NYC Fashion week runway regular and award winning canine couture designer.
Most recently, Klaus modelled for Hotel Doggy, a Canadian dog fashion and accessories company that is carried in
Klaus loves fashion and is often seen around town wearing bling, trendy sweaters and hoodies, bows, and much more.
With a sassy and expressive personality, word on doggy street is he’s never met a big fancy bow he didn’t like.
An adventurous pom, pre-pandemic, Klaus enjoyed outdoor beach days, nearby ski resorts, waterfall hikes, dog pawties, being a celebrity dog host and of course pom meets ups with pals.
Having received a pom sized cream Mercedes Benz 300sl roadster for his third birthday, Klaus plans to make good use of his ride very soon.

I am a CKC Registered handsome Australian Shepherd, my original
Registered name is Indigo named after my one beautiful blue eye.
After a few days of being home, my humans shortened my name to Indy.
At nine weeks I could sit, stay, lie down, beg and go on place.
I now have many tricks in my arsenal and I am also trained by voice and hand signals.
My human is a professional photographer and I love dressing up
for the camera and posing as long as treats are involved.
I started posing at 9 weeks and go to my spot when the camera
is out.
My favourite place is the beach although I’m not too sure about the water.
I do like to bite at the surf because it’s always sneaking up on me.
On our days off we spend our time at the Pinery dog beach
in Grand Bend, Ontario.
